Your guests leave with their photos, that very evening.
A QR code on the tables, a selfie, and everyone finds their photos. Nothing to install, no password: your great-aunt can do it too.
Your first event is free, with everything included.
How do you share wedding photos with all your guests?
It’s always the same story: the photographer delivers six hundred photos three weeks later, you create a shared folder, you send the link, and you spend the following month putting together selections for everyone who can’t face scrolling through the lot.
With a QR code, everyone comes to collect their own, and you no longer send anything to anyone. Not the next day, and not three months later when your cousin asks for the group photo again.
Good to know: YourPics shares the photos you upload, usually the photographer’s. It doesn’t collect the photos taken by your guests.
- A QR code, nothing else On the tables, in the order of service, at the entrance. It’s the only thing your guests need to see, and they scan it with their phone’s camera.
- Nobody is left out Anyone who doesn’t want to show their face can still see the photos you’ve featured. Saying no doesn’t shut them out of your wedding.
- The photographer delivers whenever they like The two years of storage start from the last upload, not from the wedding day. A delivery three weeks later doesn’t cost you three weeks.
- In original quality No compression, no watermark. What the photographer delivered is what your guests download.
What couples ask.
- Do my guests need to install anything?
- No. They scan the QR code with their phone’s camera, like a restaurant menu, and the page opens in their browser. No app, no account, no password, no email address to leave.
- What about guests who aren’t comfortable with technology?
- The whole journey is three screens: accept, take a selfie, the gallery opens. It’s something everyone already knows how to do, and it can be done standing up, between courses. You can also feature photos that are viewable without a selfie, for those who’d simply rather browse.
- Can a guest decline the selfie?
- Yes, and it doesn’t shut them out: they can still see the photos you’ve featured. The box is never pre-ticked, and saying no is a choice we take seriously, not a hurdle to get round.
- How long do the photos stay available?
- Two years, counted from the last upload and not from the wedding day. You receive two reminders before the end date, at sixty days then at fifteen days, with the download link in the email. And you can download the full archive free of charge, at any time.
- Can my guests see each other’s photos?
- You decide. Either everyone sees only the photos they appear in, or the gallery is open to all. You can change the setting whenever you like, and a limited gallery can be opened in full to a specific person.
- Can my photographer upload the photos themselves?
- Yes. You invite them as an admin: they upload the photos and manage guests, but can’t rename or delete the event. You remain the only one who decides what exists.
- What happens to the selfie?
- It’s used only to find photos, never to create an account. It produces a digital face print that is deleted no later than ninety days afterwards, and that the guest can delete themselves at any time. Everything is hosted in the European Union.
