Before you start

A YourPics account and a Claude account. The number of custom connectors may be limited depending on your Claude plan. Its terms change without us: Claude's help is the reference.

Copy the connector address.

It is also in your account, on the Integrations page.

In Claude, open "Customize", then "Connectors".

If older Claude settings show "Connectors have moved to Customize", this is the right path.

Click "+ Add", then "Add custom connector".

Name it YourPics, paste the address, then "Continue".

Read the trust warning, then "Continue".

  • Name: YourPics
  • MCP server URL: the one from step 1

Change nothing on step 2 of 2, then "Add".

Claude recognises the YourPics sign-in on its own: "Sign in now" and "Register automatically" are marked "Detected". Leave them alone.

Click "Connect", sign in to YourPics, then allow access.

If a Claude welcome window covers the card ("One Claude for your work…"), click "Later".

"Connect" opens the YourPics sign-in page, then the authorisation page: check the account shown and the rights requested, then "Authorise". You come back to Claude, and the card shows "Disconnect".

Use YourPics in a conversation.

For example, write "List my YourPics events." While a tool is set to "Needs approval", Claude asks for your agreement before using it: "Claude wants to use List events from YourPics".

At first, choose "Allow once". Once you trust it, "Always allow" suits tools that only read. These settings are on the connector's card, under "Tool permissions".

Next

For example, in a conversation where YourPics is enabled:

  • "Create the event Claire's wedding on 12 June."
  • "How many guests found their photos?"

Remove access

In your YourPics account, Integrations page, "Remove access" on Claude: access is cut right away. To make the connector disappear from Claude, open its card, "More options for YourPics", then "Remove".
