Every attendee leaves with their photos. You send nothing.

Your photographers upload, a QR code goes on the badge, one selfie: the sorting does itself. In your client's branding.

Your first event is free, with everything included.

Your photographers upload. Attendees help themselves.

  • Open the event, invite your photographers. Several photographers and administrators on the same event. Each uploads on their own, in bulk, in original quality.
  • Put the QR code on the badge. Or on the screens, a banner, in the conference app: a link or a QR code is enough.
  • Each attendee takes a selfie. No account, no app: they see only their photos and download them. You send nothing to anyone.

One wall per room, fed by the attendees.

Each album can go on its own screen: the plenary, a workshop, the cocktail. The QR code shown on the wall opens photo uploads to that album.

  • One album, one screen. Each album has its own wall link, to open on the computer plugged into the projector. As many walls as rooms or moments.
  • Attendees upload, with or without an account. They scan the wall's QR code and send their photos from their phone.
  • Nothing reaches the screen without you. You approve by hand, photo by photo, or let photos through automatically. A pending photo only appears once accepted.

Their attendees see their brand, and their sponsors.

One brand per client, ready from one event to the next. You pick it when you create the event: the gallery, the poster and the wall carry it.

A written answer to each question your client's DPO asks.

Yes, it is facial recognition, and it is your client's DPO who decides. They find a written answer to each of their questions.

  • Consent Explicit and separate, asked before the selfie. The box is never ticked in advance, and declining still gives access to the featured photos.
  • Face prints The selfie's face print is erased 90 days after the event at the latest, and at any time on request.
  • Retention The face index is destroyed 15 days after the last analysed photo. Photos are kept for 2 years.
  • Subprocessors Listed in the file, with their role, their country and their safeguards.
  • Agreement The joint controller agreement, accepted online then downloadable as a PDF, in the name of the company responsible for the event, in the plans that include it.

One price per event, or a subscription for the year.

Nothing per attendee or per photo. The plans and their prices appear below, as the catalogue publishes them.

Frequently asked questions.

Do attendees have to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code, take a selfie in their browser and find their photos, with no account and no app.
Who receives the invoice, the agency or the client?
For a single event, the invoice goes to the holder of the account that pays for the event, with the details and VAT number entered at payment. An event paid for individually stays in that account and cannot be handed to a client afterwards. With a subscription, the subscription invoice goes to the agency: you can then hand your client an event covered by the subscription. When they accept it from their account, they become its owner and responsible as organiser; you can stay an administrator on their behalf.
Can it be built into the conference app?
A link or a QR code is enough: it can be added to the app, the website, the badge or the screens of the conference. No native integration with a conference app exists for now.
How many photographers on a single event?
As many as you invite: each uploads on their own to the same event, and the face sorting covers all the photos. Only a subscription's team has a number of seats, shown on each subscription.
Do sponsors receive statistics?
Not per sponsor: no count of scans, downloads or clicks is provided per logo. A sponsor is shown with a link to their website. What the service produces for an event is a participation report, with no names, in the plans that include it.
Our client's DPO asks for a data processing agreement.
The roles are published in the DPO file. For the photographs, the company responsible for the event and YourPics are joint controllers (Article 26 of the GDPR); for the face analysis, YourPics is the sole controller. In the plans that include it, the joint controller agreement is concluded online for each event, in the name of the company you designate: yours, or your client's if you have their consent to bind it. It can then be downloaded as a PDF. If you act on behalf of your client, the relationship between you two, including any data processing agreement, is settled between you: YourPics is not a party to it. For a question the file does not cover, write to us.
