The day after the away day, everyone already has their photos.

Your photographer uploads, your teams scan a QR code and take a selfie. You don't have to send anything.

Your first event is free, with everything included.

On the day, the QR code does the handing out.

The photographer uploads the photos, sorting happens on its own, and everyone finds theirs with a selfie.

Company event, two hundred colleagues. Next day: got the photos?

YourPics. Your event photos, found.

Ask Claude or ChatGPT to create the event, then confirm on YourPics. The AI sees neither photos nor faces.

Each guest scans the QR code, no app, no account, consents, and gets their photos. You send nothing to anyone.

For your DPO: explicit consent, never pre-ticked. Saying no costs nothing. And the face is removed on request.

Your first event is free, with everything included.

  • Your photographer uploads. You invite them to the event: they upload in bulk, in original quality, without being able to rename or delete the event.
  • The QR code goes up where your teams are. On the plenary screen, a table tent or the invitation. It prints in large format from your space.
  • Everyone takes a selfie and finds their photos. No account, no app: they download the ones they appear in. You don't send anything to anyone.

You choose what each person sees.

The setting applies to the whole event, and a limited gallery can be opened in full to a specific person.

  • Gallery open to everyone. Everyone finds their own and can browse all the others. For an away day or a team day.
  • Only the photos you appear in. Nobody browses other people's photos. Useful for a party.
  • For anyone who declines the selfie. They can see the photos you've featured, the group photo or the plenary. Saying no doesn't shut them out.

One price per event, one invoice in your company's name.

You pay when you share, once your photos are uploaded and sorted.

  • Invoice: In your company's name, issued automatically on payment.
  • VAT: Included in the displayed price.
  • Renewal: None. Nothing renews on its own.
  • Participants: Nothing is charged per participant or per photo.

How do you share photos from a corporate event with every attendee?

The three usual methods each have a drawback. A file transfer link expires after seven days. A shared folder makes everyone scroll through four hundred photos, and gives everyone access to everyone else’s photos. Sending by email requires an up-to-date mailing list, which means one more data processing activity to justify.

The fourth method is not to distribute anything at all: you upload the photos, display a QR code, and everyone comes to collect their own.

  • Delegate uploading without handing over control Your photographer uploads the photos and manages guests, but can’t rename or delete the event. You remain the only one who decides.
  • Choose what each person sees A gallery open to everyone, or strictly limited to the photos the person appears in. The setting applies to the whole event, and a limited gallery can be opened in full to a specific person.
  • An invoice, not a subscription You pay for the event once, and the invoice is sent automatically. Nothing renews on its own, nothing is charged per participant.
  • Everyone can always say no And saying no doesn’t shut them out: they can still see the photos you’ve featured. Consent with no alternative isn’t consent, and that shows in an audit.

The three figures you’ll be asked for.

Biometric processing involving your teams doesn’t just sail through. Here’s what you can pass on, without having to ask us.

  • 15 days: The index of non-consenting people. The index of faces of participants who never scanned the QR code is destroyed 15 days after the event or the last photo analysed, 30 more days at most in backups. Those who were asked nothing are the ones kept the shortest.
  • 90 days: A consenting person’s face print. The face print of a participant who agreed is kept 90 days after the event or the last photo upload, 30 more days at most in backups. They erase it at any time, without going through you.
  • 0 addresses: No contact details. No account, no email, no password asked of your teams when they enter through the QR code. If you restrict the event to invited people, each one signs in with the address you invited.

Frequently asked questions.

What is the legal basis for the processing?
The participant’s explicit consent, collected before any analysis, through a box that is never pre-ticked. Saying no still works: the person can see the featured photos, which avoids the pitfall of forced consent. The faces of participants who never scanned are indexed for matching, but that index is destroyed fifteen days after the last upload.
Can a participant refuse to appear in the photos?
Yes, at two levels. They can refuse the analysis of their face, and they can ask for their face to be removed from all the event’s photos, whether or not they scanned the QR code. Withdrawal is treated as a right, not as a commercial favour.
How long do you keep the photos?
Two years, counted from the last upload and not from when the event was created: a supplier who delivers three weeks after the date doesn’t cost you three weeks. Two reminders warn you before the end date, at sixty days then at fifteen days, with the download link in the email. Full export is free at any time.
Can we hand the uploading over to our supplier?
Yes. You invite them as an admin: they upload photos, feature photos and manage guests, but can’t rename the event, change its settings or delete it. Nor can they promote themselves to owner.
How does billing work?
One payment per event, with an invoice issued automatically, with no renewal and no charge per participant. VAT-registered businesses pay the same displayed amount: the tax is included.
