Event photos, sorted by face
You upload the photos. The sorting takes care of itself.
Your first event is free, with everything included.
- Which one is yours?
- One selfie, just once
- The 3 you appear in
What kind of event are you organising?
- Share the photos from a company event without collecting a single email address.: A written answer on every point for your data protection officer.
- Thousands of attendees, each one leaves with their own.: A QR code on the badge. Plenaries, workshops and the evening party in a single event.
- Your guests leave with their photos, that very evening.: Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, no password.
What it saves you.
- Finding your photos. A shared folder: Everyone scrolls through the whole album. With YourPics: Their own, already gathered together.
- Your work afterwards. A shared folder: Sorting and sending photos one by one. With YourPics: None: you don’t send anything to anyone.
- What guests see. A shared folder: Everything, including everyone else’s photos. With YourPics: What you’ve chosen to show.
- Who agreed to what. A shared folder: Nobody asked anybody anything. With YourPics: Asked beforehand, revocable afterwards.
- Two years from now. A shared folder: A folder nobody opens any more. With YourPics: Still there, and exportable in one click.
Three steps, and it’s live.
Eight hundred photos. And where are you?

They agree to face analysis. Or not: saying no costs nothing.
Just one selfie. No account, no email, no password.
Out of hundreds of photos, each guest finds theirs. Only theirs.

Your first event is free, with everything included.
- Create the event and upload the photos. The photographer’s, your own, in bulk. Original quality is kept.
- Display the QR code. On the tables, the name badges or a pull-up banner. It prints large from your account.
- That’s it. You don’t send anything to anyone.
What the software does with a face, and how long it keeps it.
- 15 days: The face index, destroyed.
- 90 days: A selfie’s face print, deleted.
- 2 years: Photos guaranteed by contract, from the last upload. Nothing disappears without two reminders first.
Yes, it’s facial recognition. Here’s where it stops.
A face is sensitive data: the GDPR places it under Article 9. The matching threshold is set to strict: we’d rather miss a photo than show one by mistake.
- The selfie is for searching, not identifying. It doesn’t create an account, doesn’t ask for an email address and doesn’t involve a password. It produces a digital face print used for matching, then disappears: deleted no later than ninety days afterwards, and at any time at the person’s request.
- Saying no costs nothing. The box is never pre-ticked, and saying no isn’t a dead end: the person can still see the photos the organiser has featured. Consent with no alternative isn’t consent.
- Guests who never asked for anything are deleted first. To match photos, the software also detects the faces of people who never scanned the QR code. That index is destroyed fifteen days after the last upload. The people nobody asked are the ones we keep for the shortest time.
- Withdrawal is a right, not a favour. Anyone can ask for their face to be removed from all the photos, whether or not they scanned the QR code.
Frequently asked questions.
- Do my guests need to install an app?
- No. Your guests scan the QR code with their phone’s camera, and their photos open in the browser. No account, no email address, no password.
- What happens to the selfie?
- It’s used to calculate a digital face print, which is the only thing that enables matching. The participant can delete it at any time from their privacy centre, and the face print is deleted automatically after 90 days. Our encrypted backups expire within the following 30 days.
- What if a guest says no to the selfie?
- Their face isn’t analysed, and they can see the photos you have featured. Saying no is a choice we take seriously, not a hurdle to get round, and the page won’t ask again.
- How long do the photos stay online?
- Two years from the last upload, not from when the event was created. Two reminders before the end date, at sixty days then at fifteen days, with the download link. The full archive, in original quality, is free to export at any time.
